Endurance coaching
Scott: two marathon PBs, now training for Ironman Wales
Valencia Marathon PB
Swansea Half PB
Ironman Wales in progress
Starting point: Scott approached Mike for a training plan ahead of Valencia Marathon and Swansea Half Marathon, having previously used self-guided training apps.
Approach: Mike built an individualised plan around Scott's work and family commitments, with regular check-ins on progress, feelings and injuries, adapting the plan as needed.
Outcome: Scott PB'd both events, and is now being coached towards his second Ironman Wales.
"I love the accountability and personal touch of having Mike as a coach. The biggest thing for me is having a coach who has also been there and done that, and continues to push himself, leading by example. I can't recommend Mike enough."
